2 (1 ounce each) squares of semi-sweet baking chocolate

1/4 whipping cream

Love bacon but hate the mess of cooking it on the stove and having the hot splattered fat burn your arm? Then cook the bacon in the oven with this recipe.

1 large onion, peeled and chopped

2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 large red potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes

3/4 cup of milk

1 cup of pancake mix

2 eggs

2 tablespoons of butter

1 teaspoon grated orange peel

1/3 cup of sugar

1/4 cup orange juice

3 tablespoons of butter

1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur like Grand Marnier

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup of butter

4 large onions, sliced into large pieces

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

6 cups chicken broth

1 bay leaf

6 slices of crusty bread like French bread 1

2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese

SERVES: 1

 

INGREDIENTS:

3 ounces chilled cranberry juice

5 ounces chilled champagne

5 whole cranberries (optional for garnish)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Stir all of the ingredients into a chilled champagne flute. For garnish drop the cranberries into the glass.
