This dish is an alternative to the Skirt Steak recipe and the Skirt Steak with Corn on the Cob recipe. This recipe has a delicious, sharp mustard marinade seasoning the steak.

 

SERVES: 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/3 cup spicy brown mustard

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 pounds skirt steak, cut into

4 equal pieces

4 piece of corn on cob

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

2 pounds skirt steak, cut into 4 equal pieces

4 piece of corn on cob

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound flank steak, cut into thin strips

2 teaspoons sugar

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 teaspoons peanut oil

4 cups of cooked white rice (optional)

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs, beaten

6 veal cutlets

1 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce

6 thin slices of mozzarella cheese

4 scallions, cut in half

2 cloves garlic

1/3 cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 cup lime juice

2 pounds skirt steak, cut into 4 equal pieces

1 onion, sliced into rings

1 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 clove of garlic, crushed

1 small onion, diced

1 pound ground beef salt and pepper, to taste

1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce

9 lasagna noodles, boiled and drained (undercooked)

1/4 cup green olives. sliced, with pits removed

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. basil

1 tsp. parsley

1 tsp. sugar (do not use if sauce is sweet)

2 tablespoons flour

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 pound beef for stew, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 can beef broth

1/2 cup water

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed

1 bay leaf

3 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)

2 medium potatoes, cut into quarters

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons salt

1 boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch pieces

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

5 small potatoes, peeled and cut in half

1 small onion, diced

1 celery stalk, diced

1 bag (24 ounces) frozen vegetables (carrots, peas)

1 can tomato sauce

1 cup water

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Season the beef with the salt and pepper.

 

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

 

Add the beef and cook until well browned, stirring often. Add the Worcestershire sauce, potatoes, onion, celery, and frozen vegetables. Stir in the tomato sauce and water. Heat to a boil.

 

Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

1 pound ground veal

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

salt, to taste

freshly ground black pepper, to taste

 

Sauce

 

2 tablespoons diced onion

8 ounces sliced mushrooms

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon flour

2 cups beef broth
