Classic Bellini

 

I had the wonderful opportunity of going to Harry’s Bar in Venice last spring. Naturally, I tasted the worlds best tasting Bellini. The hype of having one of Harry’s famous Bellini did not disappoint. I went back every night I was in Venice and had a Bellini. I highly recommend this drink!

 

INGREDIENTS:

3 oz. peaches

Dash lemon juice

Maraschino liqueur

Prosecco (substitute Champagne)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Mix ripe peaches in a blender.

 

Place into a large, chilled wine glass.

 

Add a splash of lemon juice and sweeten with maraschino liqueur.

 

Fill with ice cold prosecco or champagne.
