Chicken Wings for Dipping

 

SERVES: 5

 

INGREDIENTS:

20 chicken wing pieces

6 cups vegetable shortening or frying oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

In a large skillet or deep fryer, add the oil and heat at medium heat. Add the chicken and fry for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

 

Remove the chicken to a plate that’s lined with paper towel. Put the wings in a plastic container and add 1/4 cup of your favorite dipping sauce.

 

Cover the container and give it a good shake to coat the chicken with the sauce.

 

Serve the chicken with a cup of the sauce for dipping.
