Dill Potato Wedges

SERVINGS: 6

 

INGREDIENTS:

8 new red potatoes

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 stick of butter

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons fresh dill

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Rinse potatoes well. Place in a large pot with enough water to cover an inch above the potatoes. Boil until the potatoes are barely soft, about 15 minutes.

 

Drain then cut the potatoes into wedges with skin. Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Add potatoes and the rest of the seasonings. Stir and fry the potatoes until they are lightly brown. Serve warm.
