Eggs Maryland (Eggs with Crabcakes)

SERVES: 3

 

INGREDIENTS:

6 poached eggs

Hollandaise Sauce

6 crab cakes

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

On a plate drizzle some hollandaise sauce. On top of the sauce place the crab cake. Top it with a poached egg.

 

Use a spoon to drizzle the hollandaise sauce over the egg. Serve immediately.
