Eggs Norwegian (Eggs with Salmon)

 

SERVES: 3

 

INGREDIENTS:

6 poached eggs

Hollandaise Sauce

6 thin slices of smoked salmon, at room temperature

6 bottom slices of English muffins

2 tablespoons of butter, softened

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Toast the English muffins and lightly butter them.

 

Top them with the salmon, then the poached egg. Use a spoon to drizzle the hollandaise sauce over the eggs. Serve immediately.
