Ham and Cheese Omelet

SERVES: 1

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs

3 tablespoons milk

Salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons diced ham

3 tablespoons diced tomatoes

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, pepper and milk, until fluffy. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the butter.

 

When the butter starts to sizzle pour in the egg mixture. Let the eggs cook until they start to get firm.

 

Add the cheese, ham and tomatoes to half of the omelet. Lift the other half of the omelet and fold it over the part with the cheese. Let it cook until fully set, but not brown. Then serve.
