Oven Baked Bacon

Love bacon but hate the mess of cooking it on the stove and having the hot splattered fat burn your arm? Then cook the bacon in the oven with this recipe.

SERVES: 8

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound package of bacon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the bacon strips on top of the foil.

Place the baking sheet in the middle rack of the cold oven and then turn on the oven to 400 degrees.

Let the bacon bake for 17 minutes then check to see if it’s at the level of crispiness that you want. When it’s done remove the baking sheet from the oven then move the bacon to a plate that’s lined with paper towel.

Let the bacon rest for a few minutes then serve.
