Scrambled Eggs with Bacon

 

SERVES: 2

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs

1/4 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

 

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, pepper and milk, until fluffy. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the butter. When the butter starts to sizzle pour in the egg mixture.

 

Wait until the eggs start to set then scramble them using a heat-resistant rubber spatula. Add the bacon.

 

Let the eggs cook until they start to get firmer then scramble again, pushing the eggs to the center. Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs. Turn off the heat and wait 1 minute. Then serve.
