Simple Scrambled Eggs

SERVES: 2

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs

1/4 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons butter

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, pepper and milk, until fluffy. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the butter. When the butter starts to sizzle pour in the egg mixture.

 

Wait until the eggs start to set then scramble them using a heat-resistant rubber spatula. Let the eggs cook until they start to get firmer then scramble again, pushing the eggs to the center.

 

Turn off the heat and wait 1 minute. Then serve.
