Waldorf Style Eggs

SERVES: 3

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

6 slices of white bread

2 tablespoons of butter, softened

6 poached eggs

Mushroom Sauce

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

In a skillet at medium heat, heat some butter. Then add the mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes. Toast the bread and lightly butter it.

 

Top the bread with some mushrooms, then the poached egg. Use a spoon to drizzle the sauce over the eggs. Serve immediately.
