Chicken Salad Sandwich

 

SERVES: 6

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup mayonnaise, or to your taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cups cooked cut-up chicken

1 cup chopped celery salt and pepper to taste

2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped Lettuce leaves (optional)

12 slices of your favorite bread (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

In a large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients together.

 

Use enough mayonnaise to moisten the chicken to your taste.

 

Add the chopped eggs, stirring lightly.

 

Serve on lettuce leaves or on bread.
