Grilled Chicken Breast

SERVES: 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

2 teaspoons dried parsley

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Preheat grill to medium heat.

 

Lightly oil the grill grate.

 

Dip chicken in lemon juice, and season it.

 

Throw away any leftover lemon juice.

 

Place the chicken on the preheated grill.

 

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.

 

The chicken is done when it’s no longer pink and juices run clear.
