2 cups packed brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9 x13 pan with butter. In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Melt the butter in a separate pan and be sure not to burn it.

In a large bowl mix the melted butter with the sugar. To that same bowl add the eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Then slowly add the flour from the other bowl, and blend well.

The batter will be thick. Spread the batter into the pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and pecans all over the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Wait for brownies to cool off.
