Chocolate Glaze

INGREDIENTS:

2 (1 ounce each) squares of semi-sweet baking chocolate

1/4 whipping cream

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Heat the oven to 350F degrees.

 

In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt the chocolate with the cream.

 

Cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat.

 

Cool until not hot. Then spread on top of cake, pie or cookies.
