Baked Salmon

SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pound salmon fillets, skin still on one side

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup melted butter

4 tablespoons melted butter

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 375F degrees.

Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with 2 layers of foil.

Spray foil with cooking spray.

Season the salmon fillets with the garlic, salt and pepper.

Put salmon in pan, skin side down.

Pour lemon juice and butter over the fish.

Fold the foil closed, forming a loose tent so there’s space between the foil and the salmon.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Serve immediately.
