Tuna Casserole

SERVES: 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 package (8 ounces) egg noodles

1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup

1 can (10 ounces) peas

12 ounces of canned tuna

1 small onion chopped

2 teaspoons black pepper

2 teaspoons salt, or to taste

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Cook egg noodles according to directions on package.

 

In a bowl mix the tuna, mushroom soup, peas, onion, salt and pepper, and half the cheese.

 

Heat oven to 350°.

 

Coat a baking pan with olive oil. In a baking pan add the cooked egg noodles, and the tuna mixture. Mix well.

 

Add the remaining cheddar cheese to top. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is light brown. Serve warm.
