Macaroni and Cheese

 

SERVINGS: 6

 

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups pasta, cook al dente, drain

2/3 cup milk

1 pound Velveeta cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Use a double boiler with water in the bottom boiler. Heat the double boiler until the water is simmering. To the top boiler add the milk, cheese, salt and pepper.

 

Stir with whisk occasionally until melted and smooth. Stir pasta into hot cheese mixture until well coated. Serve immediately.
