Macaroni Pasta Salad

 

SERVES: 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

2 cups cooked elbow or bowtie macaroni, cooled

1/4 cup chopped celery

2 teaspoons onion powder

1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients, adding mayonnaise a little at a time until you like the taste.

 

Stir well. 

 

Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
