1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes

4 large red potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes

3/4 cup of milk

1 cup of pancake mix

2 eggs

2 tablespoons of butter

1 teaspoon grated orange peel

1/3 cup of sugar

1/4 cup orange juice

3 tablespoons of butter

1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur like Grand Marnier

3 ounces chilled cranberry juice

5 ounces chilled champagne

5 whole cranberries (optional for garnish)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Stir all of the ingredients into a chilled champagne flute.

6 slices of ham, cut to size of English muffin

6 bottom slices of English muffins

2 tablespoons of butter, softened

SERVES: 10 biscuits

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons butter, chilled

1/4 cup vegetable shortening, chilled

3/4 cup buttermilk

SERVES: 3

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

6 slices of white bread

2 tablespoons of butter, softened

6 poached eggs

Mushroom Sauce

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

In a skillet at medium heat, heat some butter. Then add the mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes. Toast the bread and lightly butter it.

 

Top the bread with some mushrooms, then the poached egg. Use a spoon to drizzle the sauce over the eggs.
