SERVES: 4

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 potatoes

4 tablespoons vegetable oil to fry potatoes

Salt, to taste

1 cup buttermilk

2 teaspoons black pepper

2 teaspoons salt, or to taste all-purpose flour, as needed

1 pound of cod or other fish fillet – cut into finger size strips

4 tablespoons vegetable oil to fry fish

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Peel the potatoes and slice into wedges.

 

In skillet over medium heat add the oil. When the oil is warm add the potatoes and fry on each side about 3 to 5 minutes depending on thickness.
