3 racks (about 1 lb. each) pork baby back ribs, each cut in half

Barbecue sauce

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons dark brown sugar

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

SERVINGS: 24

 

INGREDIENTS:

8 to 10 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled

3 to 4 tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 1 1/3 cup)

1 cup chopped lettuce

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Approximately 1/3 cup olive oil

1/2 package (16-ounce) twin French bread loaves, cut in 1/4-inch slices

1/3 cup favorite crumble cheese, blue cheese or feta (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

In medium bowl, mix together all topping ingredients; set aside.

 

Brush olive oil on both sides of bread slices; place on baking sheet.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream

1/4 cup ground cooked lower-sodium ham

3 tablespoon milk 


 

INSTRUCTIONS: 


 

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

 

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, dry mustard, baking soda, and onion powder.
