Ribs aren’t just for the summer. What is great about this recipe is that it doesn’t use your outdoor grill, it uses your broiler. So in the middle of winter you can enjoy baby back ribs.

 

SERVES: 6

 

INGREDIENTS:

3 racks (about 1 lb. each) pork baby back ribs, each cut in half

Barbecue sauce

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons dark brown sugar

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup ketchup
